Alle geraden Soi-Nummern sind auf der südlichen Seite der Sukhumvit Road, alle ungeraden auf der nördlichen Seite. Da es mehr Sois nördlich gibt, schreiten hier die Nummern schneller voran als bei den südlichen Sois. So liegt gegenüber der Soi 42 (Ekamai) nicht etwa die Soi 43, sondern die Soi 63.

Had a walk through Lower Sukhumvit Nana and I noticed Soi Arab Sukhumvit Soi 3/1 was much busier then 3 weeks ago. It seems that many Middle Eastern Tourists are here for the high Season in August. The Night street market at the beginning of Sukhumvit is back. I have not seen this market for at least 5 years. It is legel in Thailand to sell cannabis now and you can buy it at street trucks. I had a look at one.

Bangkok soi 8 offers great Thai street food. Located only a few steps from Nana BTS you eat on the street at stalls that line the road. Open from lunchtime until the early hours of the morning, there are plenty of eating options along this busy street. The food is tasty, cheap and the street food stalls are pretty hygienic and the ingredients are fresh. Soi 8 is popular with locals and the food changes throughout the day and evening with other stalls setting up along the street. Other than food stall carts there are regular restaurants bs in Soi 8.

🔺 Belga Rooftop Bar im Sofitel Hotel

Great Sunset at the Belga Rooftop bar on the 32nd floor of the Sofitel Hotel in Bangkok. Bangkok has many skybars and i will make a series of nice options. This is the first one. The Belga Rooftop Bar & Brasserie is located between Sukhumvit Soi 13 and Sukhumvit Soi 15 in Bangkok. It is a great place for a sunset dinner. I went there around 17:45 to catch the sunset. It depends a little bit on the time of the year.

Sukhumvit Soi 16 does not really start on Sukhumvit Road. You need to go into Ratchadapisek Road first. Soi 16 is a busy street with plenty hotels and apartment buildings.

Sukhumvit Soi 18 is residential street on Sukhumvit. There are several apartment buildings and restaurants. One of our favorite Thai Restaurant can be found in this street, it is called Palm@18. Some of the hotels in Soi 18 are the Palm Plaza, Rembrandt Hotel and Maitria Hotel. Soi 8 connects in the back with Sukhumvit Soi 20.

Sukhumvit Soi 26 is a residential street with many trees from Sukhumvit Road till Rama 4 Road. At Rama 4 you will find the K-Village Mall and Big C shopping centre. The trees make the street look very nice, but it also makes it less accesible for people in wheelchairs.
